Refund Policy

Returns

You may submit a return or exchange request by emailing info@slkskinco.com within 90 days of your purchase from the email address you used to purchase your order with your name, order ID, and whether the item is damaged/defective or you received the wrong product. Our team will follow up with return instructions. Return/exchange items must be dropped off or postmarked within 10 days of the date of the confirmatory email from SlkSkinCo. with your shipping instructions, otherwise they may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange are not able to be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Cancellations 

If you would like to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@slkskinco.com

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your product has been received, your purchase price will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a full refund to process.
